Beyond its role as part of the BSEC Family, the ICBSS is deeply committed to international scientific cooperation but also to collaboration and dialogue with representatives of the public and private sectors and of civil society. Over the years, the ICBSS has established a wide network of international partner institutions and individual collaborators. The Centre hopes to continue the fruitful cooperation and to further expand its network. A concrete effort to this end is the creation of the Black Sea Research Network. The ICBSS welcomes requests for collaboration at both institutionalised and ad hoc level.
