On 31 January – 1 February 2026, ICBSS Junior Project Manager, Ms. Elpida Besi, participated at the AMU UNESCO Chair International Conference 2026 “New challenges for UW nature and cultural heritage tourism during the Ocean Decade”, held in Aix-en-Provence, France.

On 2 February 2026, the Coordination Meeting of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, the BSEC Related Bodies, and BSEC PERMIS officially launched the Georgian BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office for the period 1 January – 30 June 2026.
