10th BSEC Month of Culture
1-30 November 2026
In a new era of digitalized services, the Month of Culture is an online cultural getaway, offering everyone the opportunity to safely navigate through, and explore online, the rich cultural heritage of the BSEC Member States.
Now in its tenth year, the BSEC Month of Culture has been asserted as an ICBSS flagship event and an annual cultural highlight for the BSEC region, attracting increasing interest and visibility.
On the occasion of the 10th Edition of the BSEC Month of Culture, ICBSS launched the 2026 ICBSS Photo Competition ‘Culture Through My Eyes. One Region, Infinite Stories.’, with the aim to inspire and connect people through the rich cultural heritage of the wider Black Sea region.
The 12 winning photos, as well as the submitted photos that met the selection criteria but were not among the winning ones, are included in the 10th edition of the BSEC Month of Culture.
Furthermore, for a second consecutive year, the special feature "Cultural Bridges" will include posts about the cultural heritage of countries beyond the BSEC region. This year's Special Cultural Reference is Italy.
The 10th Edition of the BSEC Month of Culture was launched from 1 to 30 November 2026.
