Cooperation Agreement between the International Centre for Black Sea Studies and the European Institute of Romania

On 11 April 2025, the Director General of the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS), Mr. Georgios MITRAKOS, and the Director General of the European Institute of Romania (EIR), Ms. Oana – Mihaela MOCANU, signed a Cooperation Agreement between the two institutions.
The Cooperation Agreement aims to strengthen the ICBSS and EIR cooperation in thematic fields of common interest, through joint events, publications and trainings, knowledge exchange and research in pertinent issues for the wider Black Sea region.
The aligned ICBSS – EIR priorities to foster synergies and advocacy across the wider Black Sea region, will contribute to an enriching environment for young scientists and policymakers in the region and beyond.
