Let’s explore the faces of women as seen through the lens of art!
The Varna City Art Gallery “Boris Georgiev” presents The She Exhibition, dedicated to women. Through this online exhibition, art lovers can immerse themselves in the world of painting and discover how women are portrayed and what they symbolise through a wide range of painters.
In addition, the exhibition is an excellent opportunity to get to know many important artists who come from different backgrounds and represent a variety of artistic styles and time periods.

The Varna City Art Gallery is named after Boris Georgiev. Born in Varna, Georgiev is one of the few Bulgarian artists of his time whose art is recognised as a contribution to the culture of the 20th century.

Painting No 3: Portrait of a young woman (1940) by Vera Lukova, an artist who won a gold medal for painting at the 1937 World Exhibition in Paris.
Painting No 4: Double Portrait (1905) by Alexander Mutafov
Painting No 5: Young Girl with Grapes by Vladimir Dimitrov-The Master
All these paintings are exhibited in the Varna City Art Gallery.
