Participation of ICBSS at the Meeting with Cultural Organizations of the Municipality of Tripolis, Greece (6-3-2020)

On Friday 6 March 2020, the Municipality of Tripolis (Peloponnese, Greece) organized a meeting with the cultural organizations of the city, in the framework of the Operational Planning of the Municipality for the period 2020-2025. The meeting was held at the city’s Old Town Hall.

The International Centre for Black Sea Studies, Focal Point for Southern and Western Greece of the Anna Lindh Foundation Greek Network, participated at the meeting with Ms. Athina Korovesi, Head of the Focal Point and Communications & Public Relations Manager of the ICBSS as speaker, following an invitation by the Mayor of Tripolis, Mr. Konstantinos Tzioumis. It is worth noting that both the ICBSS and the Municipality of Tripolis are members of the Anna Lindh Foundation Greek Network.

The meeting’s objective was the information of the local community for the funding opportunities through the Anna Lindh Foundation and european programs, as presented by the speakers.

The Deputy Mayor of Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of Tripolis, Ms. Eleni Karoutzou, attended the meeting by addressing a welcome speech, while Ms. Caterina Siabou, Director of Planning, Development, Organization and Informatics of the Municipality of Tripolis, and Ms. Zoe Mylona, Special Assistant for European Affairs at the Municipality of Tripoli, Special Assistant for European Affairs of the Municipality of Tripolis, said a few words about the meeting as being responsible for its conduct.

Opening the presentations’ session, Ms. Korovesi talked about the Activities of the Anna Lindh Foundation Greek Network as well as about the funding and not only opportunities from the participation in the network. In particular, she presented a) the ICBSS and its activities, b) the cooperation between the ICBSS and the Anna Lindh Foundation Greek Network after the September 2019 elections for the Focal Points c) the Network’s activities, d) the actions taken so far by the ICBSS as Focal Point for Southern and Western Greece.

Ms. Konstantina Liakopoulou from the “Creative Europe Desk” Greece, Department of EU, Directorate of International and European Affairs of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports, presented the programme “Creative Europe”.

Ms. Anna Kasimati, responsible for European programmes of the “Creative Europe Desk” Greece, presented the “MEDIA” sub-programme.

Dr. Sotiris Petropoulos, Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the University of the Peloponnese, presented the implemented action Blend-IN that aims to the enhancement of the educational dimension and managing within an intercultural environment.

Mr. Apostolos Alexiadis, Erasmus+ Information and Communication Officer, presented the Erasmus+/Youth and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programmes, while Ms. Konstantina Ais, National Coordinator at Eurodesk Greece and Information & Communication Officer, presented the programme Eurodesk.

Following the presentations, the representatives of the cultural organizations addressed questions to the six speakers. Organizers and speakers expressed their willingness for the continuation of their cooperation.

Συμμετοχή του ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. στη Συνάντηση Πολιτιστικών Φορέων του Δήμου Τρίπολης για την παρουσίαση των Δράσεων του Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Ιδρύματος Anna Lindh

Την Παρασκευή 6 Μαρτίου 2020, πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Παλαιό Δημαρχείο Τρίπολης, ενημερωτική συνάντηση των πολιτιστικών φορέων του Δήμου Τρίπολης, στο πλαίσιο του Επιχειρησιακού Σχεδιασμού του Δήμου για την νέα προγραμματική περίοδο 2020-2025.

Με πρόσκληση του Δημάρχου Τρίπολης, κ. Κωνσταντίνου Τζιούμη, στη συνάντηση συμμετείχε το Διεθνές Κέντρο Μελετών Ευξείνου Πόντου, Focal Point Νότου και Δύσης του Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Ιδρύματος Αnna Lindh, με την κα Αθηνά Κοροβέση, Επικεφαλής του Focal Point και Υπεύθυνη Επικοινωνίας και Δημοσίων Σχέσεων ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. ως ομιλήτρια. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. και ο Δήμος Τρίπολης αποτελούν μέλη του Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Ιδρύματος Αnna Lindh.

Αντικείμενο των εισηγήσεων των ομιλητών ήταν η παρουσίαση ευκαιριών χρηματοδότησης μέσω του Ιδρύματος Αnna Lindh καθώς και από ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα, όπως παρουσιάστηκαν από εκπροσώπους αρμόδιων υπουργείων και φορέων.

Στη συνάντηση παραβρέθηκε η Αντιδήμαρχος Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού του Δήμου Τρίπολης, κα Ελένη Καρούτζου, απευθύνοντας χαιρετισμό, ενώ οι κυρίες Κατερίνα Σιάμπου, Διευθύντρια Προγραμματισμού, Ανάπτυξης, Οργάνωσης και Πληροφορικής Δήμου Τρίπολης και Ζωή Μυλωνά, Ειδική Συνεργάτης Ευρωπαϊκών Υποθέσεων Δήμου Τρίπολης, προλόγισαν τη συνάντηση ως υπεύθυνες για τη διεξαγωγή της.

Κατά την εισήγησή της η κα Κοροβέση παρουσίασε τις Δράσεις το Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Ιδρύματος Anna Lindh καθώς και τις χρηματοδοτικές και όχι μόνο δυνατότητες και ευκαιρίες μέσα από τη συμμετοχή στο Δίκτυο. Ειδικότερα, η ομιλία της αφορούσε α) στην παρουσίαση του ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. και των δραστηριοτήτων του, β) στην συνεργασία του ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. με το Ίδρυμα Αnna Lindh, ως το εκλεγμένο Focal Point Νότου και Δύσης για την Ελλάδα μετά τις εκλογές του Σεπτεμβρίου 2019, γ) στην παρουσίαση των δράσεων του Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Ιδρύματος Αnna Lindh, και δ) στις έως σήμερα δράσεις του ΔΙ.ΚΕ.Μ.Ε.Π. ως Focal Point Νότου και Δύσης.

Η κα Κωνσταντίνα Λιακοπούλου από το Γραφείο «Δημιουργική Ευρώπη Ελλάδος», Τμήμα Ε.Ε./Διεύθυνση Διεθνών Σχέσεων και Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού (ΥΠΠΟΑ), παρουσίασε το πρόγραμμα «Δημιουργική Ευρώπη».

Στη συνέχεια, η κα Άννα Κασιμάτη, Υπεύθυνη ευρωπαϊκών προγραμμάτων του Γραφείου Δημιουργική Ευρώπη Ελλάδος παρουσίασε το υπο-πρόγραμμα Media.

Από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πελοποννήσου, ο Επίκουρος Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Πολιτικής Επιστήμης και Διεθνών Σχέσεων, Δρ. Σωτήρης Πετρόπουλος, παρουσίασε την υλοποιημένη δράση Blend-IN που αφορά στην ενίσχυση της εκπαιδευτικής διάστασης και της διαχείρισης του διαπολιτισμικού περιβάλλοντος.

Τα προγράμματα Erasmus+/Νεολαία και Ευρωπαϊκό Σώμα Αλληλεγγύης (ΕSC) παρουσιάστηκαν από τον κ. Απόστολο Αλεξιάδη, χειριστή πληροφόρησης συμβουλευτικής προγραμμάτων Erasmus+, ενώ το πρόγραμμα Eurodesk παρουσιάστηκε από την κα Κωνσταντίνα Άις, Χειρίστρια Επικοινωνίας και Πληροφόρησης της Εθνικής Μονάδας Συντονισμού.

Τέλος, οι πολιτιστικοί φορείς του Δήμου Τρίπολης απηύθυναν ερωτήσεις προς τους έξι εισηγητές, ενώ διοργανωτές και ομιλητές εξέφρασαν την επιθυμία τους για την περαιτέρω συνεργασία τους.
