The new booklet “The Route to Coastal Restoration: From the REST-COAST project to the Black Sea region” builds on the results of the project REST-COAST to propose knowledge transfer pathways as a preliminary tool to better support coastal restoration in the Black Sea basin.

On 3 – 5 July 2024, ICBSS Research & Policy Development Manager, Ms. Georgia Chantzi, participated at the 7th Workshop for Young Diplomats from the BSEC Member States on “Enabling Sustainable Blue Economy in the Wider Black Sea Region”, organised by KAS Türkiye in cooperation with the BSEC PERMIS, in Sofia, Bulgaria.

On 25 – 26 June 2024, ICBSS Research & Policy Development Manager, Ms. Georgia Chantzi, participated at MedCat Days 2024 “Tackling climate change in times of multiple crises in the Mediterranean. A challenge for the new European political cycle”, organised by the Government of Catalonia and IEMed, in Barcelona, Spain.

On 10 June 2024, the ICBSS Director General, Mr. Georgios Mitrakos, participated as speaker at the 3SI Conference “The Three Seas Initiative: an original concept of regional cooperation in different approaches”, organized by the 3SI Research Center of ISP-PAN, under the patronage of President of the Republic of Poland.

On 10-12 April 2024, the ICBSS Director General, Mr. Georgios Mitrakos, participated at the Three Seas Initiative Summit & Business Forum 2024, held in Vilnius, Lithuania.
