Cultural Routes-European Routes of Jewish Heritage

This Cultural Route includes six BSEC countries Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine!

The CoE Cultural Route ‘European Routes of Jewish Heritage’ (2004) features archaeological sites, historic synagogues and cemeteries, ritual baths, Jewish quarters, monuments and memorials from the European Jewish heritage. In addition, the Route includes several archives and libraries, as well as museums devoted to the study of Jewish life.

Bonus Trivia!

The European Routes of Jewish Heritage and Iter Vitis Route work together in a series of sessions about kosher wine for the first time.
